We may utilize Facebook Custom Audience, Google Customer Match and/or LinkedIn Matched Audience platforms which enables us to display personalized ads to persons on our email list when they visit those respective platforms. We provide Personal Information such as your email address, address and phone number to the social media provider to enable it to determine if you are a registered account holder. You may opt-out of participation in this program by contacting us as noted below. You may also opt out of receiving these ads from the social media network directly.

Sincerity does not “sell” your personal information as we understand that term to be defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and its implementing regulations. We do however provide your information to those companies we have contracted with to help provide some part of our services. We don’t intend for our services to be used by anyone under 13 and don’t knowingly collect or disclose data of individuals under 13.
